  Thanks for including the robbery option. Its rarely ever shown in any "influencer" playthroughs, yet I think many players use them when applicable.

  Wow, I have never seen Karen Higashi house in the forest, always in a city. Also, it apparently isn't a high danger rating POI, but I love the HNN Bank Building, the big tower one. It's a fun building to work through, and it has a great puzzle mechanic for the main loot room, having to find the 3 switches hidden through the building.

  I used higashi pharmaceutical building as a base and It was the one of the bases i ever had, the top apartament is a great place for live
