The service

Spikescout helps you find YouTube videos that perform above their channel's average. It uses YouTube API Services, and by using Spikescout you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Spikescout is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Scores and averages are estimates calculated from public data, which can be delayed or incomplete. Use them as inspiration, not as guarantees.

Fair use

To keep Spikescout available to everyone, new searches are limited per day. You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• scrape it, automate requests or try to get around usage limits;
• interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

Content

Videos, thumbnails and channel information belong to their respective owners and are shown as provided by YouTube. The Spikescout name, design and code belong to us.

Availability

The service is free and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time, and may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or decisions made based on the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
